Senior Warehouse Associate - ReceiverFull-time Carson, CA, US Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - ReceiverYou will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving, staging, and preparing freight for outbound shipment. Your work directly impacts on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety for the team. This is an onsite role at the Carson, CA warehouse.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamReceive goods: offload/load vehicles and containers, check paperwork, weigh, measure, and book in freightOperate material handling equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and hand jacksPalletize, stretch-wrap, band, and stage cargo to prepare outbound loads and ULDs for departureMatch paperwork with freight, accurately sign Bills of Lading, verify counts, and report damages or discrepanciesUse the warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate organization and inventoryMaintain warehouse cleanliness and standards through general housekeeping and weekly bond checksExecute DFT procedures and maintain perimeter security where applicableAssist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvementHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleMinimum 6 months of previous company-specific warehouse operations experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, with the stamina to stand and walk for long periods and perform frequent bending and reachingProficiency with technology, computers, and WMS systemsMust be at least 18 years oldWillingness to work flexible hours and meet location-established KPIsHere's What Else Might Help You OutHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious external warehouse or freight forwarder experienceFamiliarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery ordersAbility to speak SpanishPay Range$20.63/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
