Job description
Misfits Market is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations across Receiving, Inventory, Maintenance, QC, and Prep, directing managers and supervisors and driving KPIs and performance.
You will serve as the SQF Practitioner, ensuring audits, safety, and compliance, while building a strong site leadership team and collaborating with Quality, HR, Logistics to optimize turnover and on-time delivery.
