Job description
Surge Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, build a strong team, and drive safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service. The role partners with Customer Success and Quality to ensure efficient execution and profitability.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and capable of developing employees while using performance metrics to improve results. Travel is approximately 10% for meetings or events.
