Job description
MKB is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Site Manager to lead the Portage, Wisconsin facility. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, inventory integrity, on-time delivery, and safe, efficient production support.
You will manage staffing, coach employees, implement Lean practices, use ERP/WMS systems, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Corporate teams to meet business objectives. This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary.
