Job description
Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations for wastewater treatment plant projects in Leonard, Texas. This senior role coordinates labor staffing, means and methods, and equipment requests, while guiding quality control across assigned projects.
The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of civil construction leadership, deep knowledge of heavy civil infrastructure, and strong communication and mentoring abilities to drive safe, on-time project delivery.
