About the Senior Wealth Advisor Role
Our client is an established and rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with sophisticated financial planning needs.
The Senior Wealth Advisor will serve as the primary Relationship Manager for a growing book of business and will be supported by a highly credentialed team of CFAs, CIMAs, CFPs, and Series 65-licensed professionals.
The firm benefits from a strong and consistent pipeline of client referrals allowing advisors to focus on client relationships, planning, and advice rather than business development. A portable book of business is not required.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Wealth Advisor
Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for a growing portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
Develop and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
Deliver comprehensive wealth management and financial planning solutions for clients with complex needs
Lead client meetings and proactively identify planning, investment, estate, tax, and wealth management opportunities
Partner with a highly credentialed team of CFAs, CIMAs, CFPs, and Series 65-licensed professionals
Work with a strong pipeline of prospective and newly referred clients generated through the firm's parent accounting organization
Collaborate closely with advisors and internal specialists to deliver an exceptional client experience
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm and its client relationships
Qualifications of the Senior Wealth Advisor
8+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, private wealth, or financial advisory services
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with HNW and/or UHNW clients
Strong financial planning expertise and the ability to address complex client needs
CFP designation required
CFA, CIMA, and/or CPA designation is a significant plus
Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Stable career history with a demonstrated record of long-term tenure and professional xhqgsiq progression
