A trusted multi-faceted organization in IT services is seeking a WebSphere Administrator with over 4 years of experience in server configurations and deployments. The candidate must possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and be prepared to work in a management consulting environment, which may require travel and after-hours support for critical issues. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is mandatory for this role.
