Job description
Modine Manufacturing Company (US) is seeking a Senior Welding Engineer to own welding processes for structural steel fabrication. You will develop, implement, and sustain welding procedures and lead process optimization for GMAW-P pulse and TIG applications.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Design Engineering to ensure weld quality, cost reduction, and compliant welding standards, while applying Lean principles across the welding line.
