Job description
Modine is seeking a Senior Welding Engineer to own welding processes in our plant. You will develop, qualify, and sustain welding procedures for structural steel, focusing on GMAW-P pulse welding and supporting TIG processes.
You will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure weld quality, reduce costs, and meet codes and customer requirements. Responsibilities include leading weld development, establishing parameters, and implementing process
