Job description
WCL Group in Minot, North Dakota, seeks a Well Site Manager I to direct day-to-day operations on location, representing the company on the well site and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will oversee completion and workover operations, support engineering design, monitor AFEs and expenditures, and provide reports to engineers using WellView.
The role requires 8–10 years of oil & gas field experience with proven leadership, a current well-control certificate, and strong communication
