Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness in the United States seeks licensed therapists (PT, OT, or SLP) to join our senior-focused team delivering therapy, wellness, and integrated care within EmpowerMe 360. You’ll guide residents toward stronger, safer, more independent lives.
You’ll assess needs, design personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team while supporting care coordination and telehealth when appropriate.
