Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed therapy professional to join our EmpowerMe 360 program for seniors in Wisconsin. You will provide therapy and wellness services, conduct assessments, and help residents live more independent lives within a collaborative care team.
You’ll work in a supportive culture that values patient outcomes, professional development, and community engagement, with a predictable schedule and opportunities to grow your expertise across PT, OT, or SLP disciplines.
