Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness in Michigan is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 team serving seniors in care communities. You will provide therapy services (PT, OT, or SLP) and work with a collaborative team to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives.
You’ll conduct assessments, create care plans, and participate in care coordination and telehealth as needed, while maintaining high ethical standards and contributing to program development and quality
