Job description
Lennar is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own the configuration and operation of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, acting as the technical counterpart to Total Rewards.
This role will manage compensation packages, grades, ranges, plans, eligibility rules, and post-cycle validation, coordinating with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Payroll to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
