Job description
Altera Corporation in San Jose, CA, is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Solutions Architect to design, configure, and optimize our Workday HCM ecosystem. You will bridge business requirements with Workday capabilities, ensuring scalable HR technology across core modules including HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Security.
You will lead configuration, security design, and multi-country rollout planning, mentor junior staff, and maintain audit-ready data and documentation.
