Job description
Devon Energy is seeking a Senior HRIS Professional to join a small HRIS team in Houston, TX. You will own Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration, security administration, and reporting, ensuring alignment with payroll practices and compliance.
You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to optimize Workday solutions, develop reports, and support integrations. A strong Workday background and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
