Not disclosed is seeking a Senior Workday Business Analyst to own the connection between HR, Payroll, Finance and technology teams within the Workday HCM ecosystem. You will turn business needs into workable solutions, run discovery sessions, shape requirements, and guide projects through testing and go-live.
The candidate should have 5+ years as a business analyst or HRIS analyst in enterprise settings, 3+ years with Workday HCM, and a Workday certification or formal training is preferred.
