Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional, a Workday Talent and Performance expert who partners with HR, Talent, Performance and IT to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions aligning with business goals and improving the associate experience.
You’ll own Talent and Performance workstreams, guide activation of Workday capabilities, and ensure configurations follow enterprise standards and governance.
