Job description
Career Land Center is hiring on behalf of a healthcare organization in Houston, TX for a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join its analytics function.
The Role
This is a senior-level, individual contributor role responsible for analyzing workforce data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, including regular engagement with executive and C-suite leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior and executive leadership
Strong, structured analytical thinking
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable information
Must be able to service the greater Houston, TX area; up to 20% travel required
