Job description
DoorDash is seeking a Workforce Planner to join the Support Operations team in the Phoenix area. You will develop and scale staffing plans, forecast demand, and drive improvements in speed, quality, and customer experience.
You will work closely with Real Time Analysts and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven staffing strategies. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of post-grad experience, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a proven track record in capacity planning and analytics.
