Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support a Food & Beverage group within a national architecture and engineering organization in Madison, WI . This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with strong proposal development, strategic planning, and content management skills. Schedule is hybrid with three days in-office.
Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal development, including strategy, kickoff meetings, content, design, and final submissions
• Support go/no-go decisions, project/team selection, and interview preparation
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including presentations, project descriptions, resumes, and thought leadership content
• Partner with business units on marketing plans, schedules, budgets, business development, and market research
• Plan and coordinate trade shows and pre- and post-conference marketing campaigns
• Translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing content
• Review marketing processes and materials for quality, consistency, and improvement
• Occasional travel is required; a valid driver's license is required
Must Have Qualifications:
• 8 years of relevant education and/or experience , including one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field + 4 years of relevant experience
Associate degree in Marketing or related field + 6 years of relevant experience
No degree + 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong proposal/RFP/RFQ development experience
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, communication, and copy-editing skills
• Experience translating technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or another technical services industry
• Strategic planning, market research, or business development experience
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite , particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, or similar tools
