nNorthrop Grumman is seeking a Program or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Sentinel Program. This position will be located at our Roy, UT facility supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division our Defense System Sector.
nRoles and Responsibilities:
nnnSetup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
n
nnPerforming analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
n
nnPreparing budgets and schedules for contract work
n
nnIncorporating contracts changes into control systems
n
nnEstimate and completion and forecast related activities
n
nnPerforming miscellaneous financial analysis as required
n
n nThis requisition may be filled at either the Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 2 ) or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level (level 3 )
nBasic Qualifications Level 2 Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst
nnnBachelor’s degree with 2 years OR a Master's degree with 0 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
n
nnExperience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables and V-look ups)
n
nnExperience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool, Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools.
n
nnMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access as required by business needs.
n
n nBasic Qualifications Level 3 Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst
nnnBachelor’s degree with 5 years OR a Master's degree with 3 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 9+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

nnExperience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel(including Pivot tables, V-look Up)
n
nnExperience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool, Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools.
n

n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnActive DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.

nnExperience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)

nnExperience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
n
nnFamiliarity with Northrop Grumman contracts processes and procedures.
n
nnAerospace/defense industry experience
n
nnExperience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

n This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
nPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00
nSecondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00
nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
