Job TitleSeparatorGeneral Purpose Of The JobSeparator is to line boxes, fill boxes to the appropriate weight with the correct labels, and send up the conveyor through tape machine and the metal detector. Run all products through the non-select line fill boxes to the appropriate weight with the correct labels, and send up the conveyor through tape machine and the metal detector. Correctly fill out paperwork to keep track of batches of non-select also be able to switch screens over to run different products.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDaily: SeparatorEnsure correct screen configuration / change if neededEnsure correct labels / Change if neededDo metal detection paperwork as well as optical sorter checksConduct ball count and scale checks with associated paperworkChange out liner rolls if needed logging them on the tracking sheetLine boxes, fill to appropriate weigh and correctly label themClose boxes run up the conveyor through the tape machine and metal detectorFill all HACCP and ABC samples and store in yellow tubsEnd of shift cleaning3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am
