About MX1MX1 is an algorithmic trading firm focused on digital assets and futures. We are a growing team building out our regulatory and operational infrastructure. The Role We are hiring a Compliance and Onboarding professional in the West Palm Beach area. This person will be a registered individual with the firm and will own compliance and onboarding day to day. Responsibilities Support the firm's National Futures Association registration and ongoing regulatory obligations
Build and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer
Manage onboarding with trading venues, custodians, and banking partners
Onboard investors and trading clients, including account documentation and verification
Monitor trading activity and escalate issues
Maintain regulatory filings, records, and audit readiness
Serve as the point of contact with regulators and counterparties on compliance matters
Requirements Active Series 3 license
Clean background: no regulatory disciplinary history,
