Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Server to join our team at Tino’s Artisan Pizza Co.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a restaurant environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable handling multiple tables and staying organized during busy shifts
Ability to work well as part of a team
Knowledge of proper food service and restaurant etiquette
Must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Accurately take food and beverage orders
Become knowledgeable about our menu and confidently answer guest questions
Enter orders correctly into the POS system
Check on guests throughout their dining experience
Handle payments accurately
Maintain clean and organized tables and sections
Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work
Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest
