Service Advisor
n**2nd Shift**
nAs a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 15 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Tennessee. Come join our hard working, long-standing, and highly reviewed branch in Justice, IL!

nJob Duties:
nnRepresent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
nAct as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
nVerify warranty and service contracts as needed
nProvide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
nMaintain service records for customers
nPrepare billing invoices for customers
nOther duties as assigned
n nDesired Competencies:
nnKnowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field
nExcellent communication skills
nOrganized and detail oriented
nProficient with computers
nTeam Player
nSelf- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure
nExcellent customer service
nFlexibility to meet changing demands
n nQualifications:
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent
nValid CDL driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
n2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position
