Service Advisor
The Beyer Automotive Group currently sells and services Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, and Subaru across greater Washington DC. We are seeking to add a highly-motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to handle our service customers' concerns at our Land Rover Alexandria location. This position requires excellent communication skills and a high customer service orientation. Candidate must be reliable, dependable, and preferred to have a minimum of 1-year related experience with a high CSI and sales history. Must possess a valid driver's license and be detail oriented.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greeting customers promptly
Obtaining customer and vehicle information
Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
ADP experience is preferred but not required.
Hyundai experience is a PLUS!
