Responsibilities Assist Service Advisor
Interact with Service vlients to address vehicle issues and manage expectations
Work as part of a Team to solve problems and implement solutions
Act as point person and trusted Advisor for our service customers
Educate and offer Customers services for their vehicle needs
Be proactive in anticipating Customer needs
Answer customer calls and provide follow up
