nnnPay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually

nnSchedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

nnDepartment Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

nnnGreet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interaction
n
nnDocument customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
n
nnCommunicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently
n
nnProvide regular updates on repair status and timelines
n
nnCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion
n
nnDeliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnn5+ years of experience in a Service Writing Advisor role
n
nnPrevious experience using CDK
n
nnTime management – managing one's own time and time of others.
n
nnTyping – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
n
nnBasic computer and cost calculation skills.
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
n
