Automotive Service Advisor

What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for customers in our service department
Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Listen to and understand customer concerns, documenting them clearly for our technicians
Explain recommended services and repair options in an easy-to-understand manner
Provide accurate cost estimates and repair timelines
Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure on-time completion
Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy of work
Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates
Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate service records and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience preferred)
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA-IGNITE DMS preferred
Minimum of 3 plus year dealership experience required.
High line experience preferred
MANDATORY of 3 plus years' service advisor experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
Valid CA Driver's License
Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-Time
