Service Advisor
nnAs a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, TICO, Hino and Isuzu dealership, we have 16 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Come join our hard-working, long-standing, and highly reviewed branch in Cicero, IL!

nnJob Duties:
nnRepresent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
nAct as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
nVerify warranty and service contracts as needed
nProvide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
nMaintain service records for customers
nPrepare billing invoices for customers
nOther duties as assigned
n nnDesired Competencies:
nnKnowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field
nExcellent communication skills
nOrganized and detail oriented
nProficient with computers

nSelf- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure

nFlexibility to meet changing demands
n nnQualifications:
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent
n2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position preferred
