nSchedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays
nYou will report to the Service Manager.
nThis is an onsite position.

nWhat You'll Do
nnnPromote communication between customers and technicians
n
nnIdentify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
n
nnPrepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
n
nnWrite and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
n
nnCommunicate additional service needs based on inspections
n
nnVerify and process warranty and service contract coverage
n
nnKeep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnPrevious Service Advisor experience
n
nnAutomotive technician background
n
nnDeliver high-quality customer support
n
nn3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
n
nnTeam-oriented
n
nnValid driver's license and clean driving record
