nIn this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers, helping them navigate their service needs with professionalism and care. Whether in person or over the phone, you’ll ensure every customer has a smooth and efficient service experience.
nSchedule:
nnMonday-Thursday, 6am-4pm
n nWhat You'll Do:
nnGreet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs.
nCreate detailed repair orders and schedule service appointments using our digital tools.
nConduct initial discussions with drivers to understand concerns and perform basic inspections.
nVerify account details, check for recalls, review repair history, and confirm warranty coverage.
nKeep customers informed throughout the repair process, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
nArrange towing and other sublet services as needed.
nObtain approvals for repairs and coordinate with the Service Dispatcher for assessments.
nGuide customers on dealership amenities and arrange shuttle services if needed.
nWork closely with the Dispatch team to coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery.
nMonitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to enhance their experience.

Qualifications
nWhat We're Looking For:
nnValid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required; CDL preferred
nMinimum of 1 year mechanical, trucking, or dealer service experience; 2+ years preferred
nKnowledge of Service department operations, trucks, and truck parts
nMechanical aptitude or truck repair experience is highly preferred
nDemonstrated customer service and interpersonal communications skills, even in times of stress
nStrong organization and time management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and a solution-focused outlook
nKnowledge of computer operations, tablets, data entry, and MS Office with 30wpm typing capability; Procede software experience is a plus
nCandidates with Freightliner dealership experience and/or CIC Level I or II training are strongly encouraged to apply
nMust participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

nPay Range: $42,648.32 - $63,972.48 per year with incentive eligibility
