Service Advisor

Job description

Camping World is seeking a Service & Collision Advisor to join our growing team.

nAs a Service & Collision Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service & Collision Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

nWhat You'll Do:

nnnDetermine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers

n

nnSuggest add-on sales to increase average transactions

n

nnProvide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments

n

nnCoordinate parts ordering and installation

n

nnCoordinate with Insurance Companies on estimates and approvals

n

nnWrite or review all estimates for Collision work for customers and Insurance opportunities

n

nnKeep customers apprised of work progress

n

nnTrain as needed on updated processes and procedures

n

n nWhat you’ll need to have for the role:

nnnA minimum of one year of service experience is preferred

n

nnPrevious RV product or camping lifestyle

n

nnAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed

n

nnExcellent organization and follow up skills are required

n

nnThe ability to follow department procedures and policies

n

nnValid driver's license preferred

n

nnMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

n

nnProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

n

n nGeneral Compensation Disclosure

nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
