nnDepartment Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

n nWhat You'll Do
nnnBe the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.
n
nnDevelop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
n
nnPrepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
n
nnCommunicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
n
nnAdminister the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
n
nnKeep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnn1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience.
n
nnGreet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
n
nnCDK experience.
n
nnBasic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

n nTotal Rewards
nThe Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500 - $161,800.
nThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
