As a Bilingual Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in creating a positive service experience by communicating clearly with customers, coordinating repair needs, and ensuring every guest feels valued and informed throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the service process
Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
Clearly document vehicle concerns, symptoms, and repair requests
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
Communicate repair timelines and manage customer expectations
Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide consistent updates to customers
Review repair orders and final invoices for accuracy
Explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and charges in a clear and professional manner
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred not required
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods
Ability to stand and walk throughout the service department as needed
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
