Service Advisor
Duval Ford is seeking experienced Service Advisors. In this role, you will greet customers, manage service appointments, and ensure a high-quality experience from start to finish.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
Proven record of strong CSI performance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information
Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow
Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed
Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance
Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements
Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
