Service Advisor
SERVICE ADVISOR – EARN $80,000 TO $100,000! Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Lawrenceville
Hayes CDJR of Lawrenceville is growing fast—and we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing team! What You'll Be Doing:
Greet customers with a professional, prompt, and friendly attitude
Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on age, mileage, and service history
Create accurate estimates for labor and parts
Perform walk-around inspections on all vehicles
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Track vehicle status and ensure timely completion
Review final invoices with customers and explain all work performed
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in customer service and sales performance
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager
High energy, team-oriented, and customer-focused
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desire for a long-term career with a dealership that promotes from within

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant.
Above average energy level.
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
Personal and professional integrity.
Reynolds and Reynolds computer experience a plus.
Ability to use tablet-based write-up system.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
