JOB SUMMARY
n M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is one of the premier dealers in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point area. We are also part of one of the fastest growing automotive groups in the southeastern United States.
n We have an immediate opening for a service advisor that has been a prior certified technician. High Volume, fast-paced environment. We are under new ownership and experiencing tremendous growth. This is a great opportunity for an experience, customer-focused individual who wants to join our team.

nnRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
nnJob Purpose:
nnThis position has a vital role in providing the highest level of customer service to our customers. The primary function of this position is to provide our customers with the information that they need to service and maintain their vehicle correctly. Establishing and maintain relationships with our customers is a priority as well as a friendly and positive attitude with customers and co-workers. Always looking out for the customer's and the company's best interest is essential.
nnMust have been a prior certified technician.
nMust have computer proficiency (Automate experience is a plus)
nTeam oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
nValid NC driver's license.
