Are you a people person with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be the link between customers and technicians, helping ensure a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
Listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs to technicians
Provide updates on vehicle status and recommended services
Prepare repair orders and service estimates
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Help maintain a professional and efficient service department
Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Automotive knowledge is a plus
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
