nnnBe attentive and provide excellent customer service.

nnnExperience as an Automotive Service Advisor.

nn2 TO 3 years of Experience, ONLY!

nnActive listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

nnAn understanding of the mechanical and technical

nnComputer proficiency.

nnExcellent written and oral communication skills.

nnStrong attention to detail.

nnValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
