Job description
Service Advisor
Power Motorsports is looking for a team player who has advising or writing experience, customer service or dealership experience.
Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative duties
Key Duties:
Great customers when they arrive
Answer questions about service outcome
Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed
Build strong relationships with customers
