nWhat You’ll Do
nWarmly greet customers, listen to their concerns, and create clear repair orders
nReview digital inspections, explain recommendations, and guide customers with honesty
nCommunicate updates, timelines, and any changes throughout the day
nCoordinate with techs, order parts, and ensure workflow stays smooth and efficient
nTrack service goals, celebrate wins, and help the team hit performance targets
nHandle scheduling, invoicing, and payments with professionalism and accuracy
nBe a steady, trusted presence that makes people want to come back
nWhat We’re Looking For
nAt least 2 years of Service Advisor or automotive experience
nStrong sales and performance mindset—you enjoy setting and meeting goals
nA heart for people—compassion, empathy, and integrity are your trademarks
nAbility to juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy or warmth
nComfort with digital tools (we’re 100% paperless)
nValid driver’s license and good driving record

nPotential earnings of $60-75k+ including (hourly base pay + commission + bonuses)
