nEstimated Annual Earnings: $75,000.00-$150,000.00
nSchedule: Must have open availability, including Saturdays

nYou will report to the Service Manager.
nThis on-site position is located in Ramsey, NJ.
nResponsibilities:
nAs a Service Advisor, you will initiate automotive services and repairs. You will make sure vehicle performance problems and service requests, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, and developing estimates. Additionally, you will write repair orders and maintain customer records.
nnnBe the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.

nnDevelop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles.

nnPrepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
n
nnCommunicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
n
nnAdminister the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
n
nnKeep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

n nQualifications:
nnnPrevious Service Advisor experience, preferrable.
n
nn3+ years experience as an automotive technician preferrable.
n
nnA team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
n
nnBasic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
n
n nEst. Annual Earnings ranges from $75,000.00-$150,000.00
nThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Sales, Individual Gross profit. Bonuses based on: Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours
nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
