nWhat You’ll Do
nnnAct as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
n
nnIdentify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
n
nnPrepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
n
nnWrite and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
n
nnCommunicate additional service needs based on inspections
n
nnVerify and process warranty and service contract coverage
n
nnKeep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
n
n nWhat We’re Looking For
nnnPrevious Service Advisor experience preferred
n
nnAutomotive technician background is a plus
n
nnStrong communication and customer service skills
n
nnSolid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
n
nnTeam-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
n
nnValid driver’s license and clean driving record
n
