Service Advisor Opportunity
Looking for a job by the beach, working with great teammates and customers? Capistrano Volkswagen is looking for service advisors of all levels. If you have great people skills and enjoy the automotive field, this could be a great career opportunity for the right person.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$125,000 annually based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time
5-days a week with Saturday rotations
3-day weekends every 3rd week
Hourly plus commission
Pay Scale:
The advisor position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to determine their service needs
Provide accurate cost estimates and time frames for service completion
Coordinate service appointments and communicate updates to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions
Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to deliver high-quality service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, automotive industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with CDK is a plus!
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Pass drug screening
