Be the Trusted Connection Between Our Customers and Our Technicians

At RWC Group, our Service Advisors are more than schedulers—they're trusted advisors, problem solvers, and the face of our Service Department. As a Service Advisor, you'll guide customers through the repair process from start to finish, ensuring their commercial trucks and buses receive the highest level of care while keeping communication clear, repairs on track, and customers informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.

Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.

Provide repair recommendations, estimates, and timely status updates.

Help maximize shop productivity by effectively managing repair flow and technician schedules.

Coordinate parts and warranty requirements to ensure timely repairs.

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Enjoys building relationships and solving problems.

Can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands.

Has previous experience as a Service Advisor, in customer service, or within the automotive, diesel, or commercial truck industry (preferred).

Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.

Has a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes—or a strong desire to learn.
