nWe are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous management experience.
nEvery day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation. (Salary & Commission)
nResponsibilities
nA high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
nEnsure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
nMentor employees on best practices for improving sales and customer service techniques
nOversee day-to-day operations of the service department
nManage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records
nQualifications
nHigh school diploma or GED required bachelor’s degree preferred
nValid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
nSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
nAt least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor is required. Experience as an automotive service manager is preferred
nDeep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is required
nPrevious experience at dealership/service center a plus
