Job description
Apex Auto & RV Repair in Clearwater is looking for a driven, professional Service Advisor who understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand.
nWe are not looking for an order taker. We need someone who can confidently lead customers through the repair process, build trust, explain value, overcome objections, and close recommended work without pressure or manipulation.
nWhat we expect:
nProven sales experience with a strong closing background
nExcellent phone, communication, and customer-service skills
nComfortable presenting estimates and asking for the sale
nStrong follow-up and organizational habits
nConfidence using computers, texting, email, digital inspections, and shop-management software
nAbility to learn new technology quickly
nAccountability for individual sales, closing ratio, average repair order, and gross profit
nA team-first attitude with a desire to improve every day
nAutomotive service experience is strongly preferred

nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends.
