Your work will help our technicians succeed and ensure customers receive the dependable service they count on from Briggs.What you'll doDispatch and coordinate technicians based on schedules, skills, and customer needs while providing timely service updates.Monitor work orders, technician productivity, maintenance schedules, and service performance to keep jobs moving.Manage service documentation, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and customer approvals accurately and on time.Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues quickly.What you'll bringHigh school diploma required; technical school or college education preferred.5+ years of customer service, operations, or similar experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.Microsoft Office proficiency; service order, invoicing, or purchase order experience is a plus.Why you'll love working with usJoin a team that values integrity, safety, teamwork, and taking care of people.Make a direct impact on our customers and service team every day.Be part of a company with more than 130 years of history and a strong focus on the future.
